Weekly in-person debate club registration

Use this form to register up to 4 siblings for up to 5 weekly debate clubs hosted by Ready Set Debate in McKinney, Texas, using PayPal, credit/debit card, or another method you specify. Note that this form assumes that you want to register all siblings for all the clubs you select. If you want to register siblings for separate clubs, please contact us.

Materials & registration fee

There is a non-refundable materials & registration fee of $50 per student at the time of registration. All members receive a copy of the latest edition of the Ready Set Debate Member Handbook when they register, unless they have already been provided a copy of that edition in a previous activity.

Membership dues

For our weekly online clubs, we bill by 17-session semester, with discounts for siblings. Students who join the club mid-semester are charged a prorated total, based on how many meetings remain in the semester.

1 registration: $795 USD

2 registrations: $785 USD each

3 registrations: $775 USD each

4 or more registrations: $765 USD each

Financial aid

Makeup meetings

Members pay dues regardless of whether they will be at a given meeting. Makeup options may be available on request, but cannot be guaranteed.

Refund policy

We will provide a full refund for club membership dues, less any portion of the dues covering services already provided at the time of the refund request, if the refund request is received within 30 days after the payment was made. In cases when we administratively expel a student – a very rare event – a refund will be automatically provided for any portion of the payment made for services not yet provided, excluding any portion of a club meeting missed due to the coach and/or administrator’s decision to eject the student during the meeting.

Transfer policy

Transfers between clubs may be accommodated if space is available. Please contact us to arrange the transfer.
